Broker Referral

BROKER REFERRAL PROGRAM GUIDELINES

APEX HOMES (also known as AH), a South Carolina Limited Liability Company is a licensed real estate broker firm that lists, sells and markets property in South Carolina. AH conducts extensive marketing to inform people about Fractional Ownership and whole ownership and encourages potential buyers to visit and look at the available properties. AH has licensed brokers and sales associates who are trained to work with owners wanting to list property for sale and to show available developer properties to buyers for sale.

AH will pay a commission to an outside cooperating broker/salesman for a referral of a prospective buyer which results in a sale of a property listed with the AH but only if the prospective buyer is not already in AH’s marketing database at the time of the referral. AH will not pay a referral fee if the buyer is already in our database (which includes, without limitation, existing owners, previous customers, and all other contacts). Only sales to buyers who are not in AH’s database qualify.

Payment of a referral fee is subject to the following conditions:

  • The referring broker must be licensed to sell real estate and is in good standing in South Carolina or any another State.
  • The referring broker/salesperson must register the prospective buyer and execute a Broker Referral Agreement with AH before the buyer meets with a AH sales associate or participates in a sales presentation.
  • Only AH sales associates may conduct sales presentations and property tours or showing of AH listings.
  • The referral buyer must execute a purchase contract for a AH listed property within six (6) months, and the sale must close within one year, after the date of the referral registration.
  • Subsequent sales to a referred buyer do not qualify for this program. AH must receive the full commission due from the Seller to AH
